Research and development of a methodology of integrated assessment of the environmental friendliness of the mechanical processing technology.

Technological processes during machining stay one of the most common in a wide variety of mechanical engineering industries. Equally important indicators of the quality of these technological processes are their energy efficiency, which characterizes the consumed electrical energy. The article presents experimental studies of environmental indicators of the technological equipment quality and offers a methodology that allows to minimize the value of their impact on the environment and humans during machining process, by managing the energy consumed.
