Glioma-amplified sequence 41（GAS41） is a transcription factor isolated from glioblastoma, which plays an important role in gene transcription, histone acetylation and human tumor regulation. The abnormal increase of GAS41 will affect the transcription process and thus regulate the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells.
