Mapeamento e Padronização de Processos: Criando Memória Institucional.

This research aimed to identify knowledge management practices that facilitate the refinement of administrative management processes in the coordination of Degree courses at DAEF/CMC/IFAM. This work has a qualitative approach and an applied, descriptiveexploratory nature. The presented results revealed the use of informal knowledge of the course coordinators to execute the processes and that they perform the academic activities in different ways. The main contributions of this work are related to the sharing of informal knowledge acquired by the coordinators for the execution of the coordination processes, as well as the standardization of the mappings aiming at more efficient processes and contributing to the institutional memory.
