PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN PENDUDUK BERBASIS WEBSITE (STUDI KASUS: KELURAHAN TONGKONAN BASSE).

The Tongkonan Basse Village Office is one of the agencies under the auspices of the North Toraja Regency government, in managing data, the Tongkonan Basse Village Office still records community data using books and uses photocopies of files from the community. This causes the accumulation of files, difficulty in finding data because it must be searched one by one in the book, and is prone to data loss which so far has lost 27 data. This study resulted in a population data management application design, to overcome the problems that arise in the village. The advantages of using this application are that the files become much more organized because they are in the form of softfiles, it is easier to search for data, and the level of data security is much better. The results of the study found that the website-based village data management information system really helped improve the quality of service to the community. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
