‘Müslümana Sövmek Fâsıklık, onu Öldürmek Küfürdür’ Hadisi Üzerine Bazı Mülâhazalar.

The fact that faith and good deeds are mentioned together in more than seventy verses in the Qur'an and in many hadiths show that there is a direct relationship between faith and deeds. The fact that qualifications such as unbelief, polytheism and sinfulness were made along with some sins points to another dimension of the issue. The verses and hadiths on the relationship between faith and deeds have been interpreted in different ways by Islamic scholars, and accordingly, different definitions of faith and the relationship between faith and action have emerged. In this article, the hadith 'Cursing a Muslim is sinful, killing him is disbelief will be analyzed within the context of faith-deed relationship. Source research of the hadith (in Ku- tub al-tis'a) will be done, and then the evaluations of the commentators for the understanding of the hadith and the common or different points in these evaluations will be tried to be determined. Since the evaluations of all commentators on the hadānīth will exceed the limits of our article, Bukhari commentators such as Khattābī, Ibn Battāl, Kirmānī, Ibn Hajar al-Askalānī, Bedrüddin al-Ayni, Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali and Kastallānīand Muslim's most famous evaluations of Nawawi's will be discussed. Finally, it will be tried to determine whether the fiqh rules to be derived from the hadānīth and the influence of sectarian tendencies during this operation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
