The endeavour to adopt and apply the Japanese Lean manufacture concept to the building trade gave rise to lean creation. Continuous improvement, a flattened organisational structure, effective resource utilisation, unused removal, anda cooperative supply chain are all concepts in lean construction. The use of Lean Construction in India is now being disputed, grounded on the achievement of Lean manufacturing and the progress in nations like as Brazil, Denmark, and theUnited States. The study's goal is to identify the obstacles to successful lean structure implementation in the Indian erectionindustry. The information was gathered through a questionnaire review of structure construction project managers and older advisors from architectural and development administration firms.
