Abstract

In this paper, a nano functional agent HXG-36-8 without harmful substances and radiation source was prepared. By means of SEM, XRD, EDS, XRF, eye irritation test, skin irritation test, acute oral toxicity test, antibacterial test and antiviral test, the micromorphology observation, phase structure analysis, composition analysis, biological toxicity test, antibacterial test and antiviral test were carried out. Hxg-36-8 has flake nanoscale microscopic morphology and crystal structure of wurtzite zinc oxide. It has no irritation to rabbit eyes and rabbit skin and is actually nontoxic. In addition, the antibacterial product prepared with HXG-36-8 as antibacterial agent has an antibacterial rate of 99.0% against Escherichia coli and an anti-novel coronavirus activity rate of over 98.87%. The results showed that the functional agent is safe, nontoxic, has good antibacterial and antiviral function, can be used in all kinds of products in contact with human body, including clothing, protective articles, dental ceramic materials, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
