Abstract

The existing education personnel need to be seen and analyzed for their performance as educational milestones that hone students to know better in learning. The task corridor is very complex considering that there are many things that can affect each individual student. Quality learning is not only limited to the implementation of learning in the classroom but also reporting and evaluation carried out by teachers or lecturers. This important role is one of the basic skills as a teacher or lecturer. This research is a research that combines data collection using qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The sample used used representatives of each faculty at the University of PGRI Yogyakarta. The sampling method used proportional random sampling. Fourth is data analysis from documentation data. And lastly is the report generation section. PGRI Yogyakarta University has 193 lecturers spread across four faculties. Determination of the number of samples from the population using certain calculations using an error rate of 5%. So that the number of samples obtained is 123 lecturers. The instruments used are Questionnaires, Interviews, and Documentation. Based on research and the Linkert scale, the level of ability of lecturers at PGRI Yogyakarta University is at the "enough" level or 41% - 60%. This is a note that one of the competencies of a lecturer regarding evaluation questions needs to be improved and followed up to make it better. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
