Abstract
- The article discusses the movement of reproductive justice in the U.S. in the light of the end of Roe v. Wade, which articulated a fundamental right to an abortion and created a state interest in potential life using a trimester framework. It explains the basic tenets of reproductive justice and its difference from reproductive rights. It also examines the possibility of achieving reproductive justice and upholding abortion rights following the end of Roe.
