A Rare Case of Gastrointestinal Polyposis: Cronkhite-Canada Syndrome.

A 57-year-old man presented with a 6-month history of recurrent episodes of abdominal pain, diarrhea and hematochezia, and 5-kg weight loss. Based on clinical, endoscopic and histologic findings, the patient was diagnosed with Cronkhite-Canada syndrome (CCS).
