耐高温聚丙烯酰胺微球的制备及性能研究.

Abstract
- Temperature-resistant polyacrylamide microsphere was successfully synthesized by reverse- phase emulsion polymerization in 5# white oil with glyceryl monooleate as emulsifier, using tetraallylammonium chloride as cross-linking agent. FTIR, EDS, and SEM test results show that AM and tetraallylammo-nium chloride successfully participated in the reaction, and microspheres have a good spherical degree. Laser particle analyzer test results show that the particle size of the microspheres is 4.2 µm, the particle size is expanded to 10.2 um after the water absorption in the deionized water at 60 °C, and temperature, NaCl content, and the type of metal ions all affect the particle size after water absorption. Microscopic observation results show that the polymer microspheres can be stably present in distilled water at 180 °C for more than 7 d, indicating that the microspheres have good stability of high-temperature resistance.
