Abstract

Pure and Strontium doped copper oxide nanoparticles (Nps) were synthesized via chemical precipitation method. The synthesized samples were characterized using X-ray diffractometer, UV –Vis Spectrometer, Scanning Electron Microscope, Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-ray and Raman Spectral Analysis. The crystalline size and structural properties were determined using XRD. The optical properties of the samples were investigated using UV – Visible spectroscopy and Raman Spectroscopy. The SEM micrographs revealed the surface morphology. The presence of dopant samples was confirmed using EDAX measurements. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
