Abstract

The implementation of investment and construction projects that meet the goals of sustainable development should be based on the use of digital innovative technologies that allow, already at the design and pre-design stage, to lay down and comply with special requirements for resource efficiency, energy consumption, environmental friendliness and zero waste of construction facilities. The ongoing implementation of information modeling technology into the practice of construction activities in order to achieve the goals and performance criteria should be implemented on the basis of the theory of diffusion of innovations with the creation of a point of innovative growth. The paper proposes an approach to creating points of innovative growth and assessing their impact on the diffusion of innovations in the process of digitalization of the life cycle of a construction object. Taking into account the differentiated risks of introducing information modeling technology, the process of choosing the optimal mechanism for introducing technologies with minimal costs and minimizing the loss function on the basis of graph theory has been substantiated. The result of the application of the proposed approach was the schematization of the diffusion process of digital technologies in construction in the targeted focus of the complete digital transformation. The proposed approach is implemented using the example of digitalization of management processes of a large construction holding. The results of the study indicate the effectiveness of the proposed methods and models, as well as the feasibility of introducing innovative digital technologies in construction to achieve sustainable development goals.
