HOMEOPATHY: INCREASING SCIENTIFIC VALIDATION.

The article presents information on homeopathy. Homeopathy is a branch of Western medicine that has been rejected by Western medical orthodoxy during the last 200 years due to conceptual and scientific clashes. It varied in its approach to patients and illness in two fundamental ways. Firstly, it did not postulate a mind-body divide; it took a whole-person approach. Secondly, it varied in its approach to treatment, using the potential of toxin--suitably diluted--to provoke defense and self-regulatory responses rather than the more orthodox approach of blocking body reactions.
