Abstract
- The article focuses on the efforts of the Center for Media Innovation at Point Park University to address the challenges faced by local news and develop strategies for sustainability. The Center is developing a curriculum to train citizen journalists, collaborating with news outlets in the Pittsburgh area, and working on initiatives to enhance local journalism and combat misinformation.
