Abstract

Aerodynamic system is an important part of a grain cleaning equipment. In this paper, the literature classification method is used to classify and study the literature, and the application and research progress on aerodynamic technology in grain cleaning are analyzed and summarized, so as to provide reference and guidance for the application and development of aerodynamic grain cleaning technology. In order to achieve the goal of grain cleaning, the corresponding cleaning methods are adopted in different cleaning occasions. However, the air flow characteristics and grain particle characteristics have significant influence on the cleaning effect of grain cleaning based on aerodynamics. When the variation range of grain particle characteristics is certain, the adjustment amount of cleaning equipment and the feeding amount were unchanged, the factors affecting the cleaning efficiency of grain were counted. The distribution form, uniformity, and stability of aerodynamic field had a direct influence on the cleaning effect of grain. In the work of grain cleaning, the key of grain efficient sorting is to clarify the distribution law and influencing factors of air flow stability and uniformity in the aerodynamic field, clarify the action mechanism of grain grading weight, and ensure the uniformity and stability of the aerodynamic system and the match of the whole cleaning system.
