Chemical Constituents of Litsea mollis.

A total of 11 compounds were isolated from I Litsea mollis i Hemsl. Compound B 4 b is a biphenylneolignan, isolated for the first time from the plant and the genus I Litsea i . Owing to the considerable interest in the active ingredients from the I Litsea i species, I L. mollis i was selected with the aim of isolating more structurally unique and biologically active compounds from this natural resource. To the best of our knowledge, compounds B 1-6 b and B 8-11 b were isolated for the first time from I Litsea mollis i Hemsl.; compounds B 1-4 b , B 6 b , B 8-11 b were isolated from the genus I Litsea i for the first time.
