The objective of this text was to analyze how the working conditions of Early Childhood Education teachers appear in the Municipal Education Plan (PME) of the municipality of Capim Grosso, state of Bahia. The study was carried out through a document analysis of the Municipal Education Plan. The results indicated that the municipality of Capim Grosso has not yet managed to meet many of its goals, many of which are just copies of the National Education Plan, which is impossible to be carried out, so it is likely that many strategies could have been carried out without any commitment. with the future of education in the municipality and with the demands of contemporary education.
