Abstract

The article focuses on updates in cancer genetic testing, management, and counseling. The topics covered include hereditary cancer genes such as Lynch syndrome, hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndrome (HBOCS), and other high and moderate risk genes like PALB2, ATM, CHEK2, BRIP1, RAD51C, RAD51D, and BARD1.
