Abstract

The study aimed to clarify the necessary educational requirements for doaah (the callers) in the Muslim minority community in the West and the proposed procedures of activating it. The study used the descriptive method, relied on the questionnaire to collect data, and was applied on a sample of (386) of Al-Azhar University staff, distributed according to (Gender / Specialization / Degree). Results revealed that the approval of the study sample members on the requirements for the general specifications of daiyah (the caller) in the Muslim minority community was high. The approval of the study sample on the academic requirements of daiyah (the caller) in the Muslim minority community was high, and the approval of the study sample on the performance requirements of daiyah (the caller) in the Muslim minority community was high. Moreover, the approval of the study sample members on the proposed Procedures of activating the necessary educational requirements for daiyah (the caller) in the Muslim minority community was high. Results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the gender variable in favor of males, and there are statistically significant differences in responses due to the specialization variable in favor of educational specialization. Moreover, there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the degree variable in favor of professor compared to assistant professor and lecturer.
