The article focuses on addressing a correction in the definitions of countermovement jump phases based on feedback received. Topics include the correction of the definitions for the unloading and braking phases with the impact of the correction on the findings of the study; and the study demonstrates alterations in knee, muscle-tendon unit (MTU), and stretch-shortening cycle (SEE) kinematics during the unloading phase following the training period.
