Abstract

Specifically, patients had psychosocial care at diagnosis (parents), adolescence (transition from paediatric to adult health care), inhibitor patients, etc. In addition, today, we are facing a therapeutic revolution or as others call it, the "golden age" of haemophilia treatment.[8] It will mean a change in care: with some patients or parents' mistrusting these advances, despite their proven safety and efficacy.[9] Psychosocial support is therefore more important than ever, in order to help patients and parents navigate through this positive yet slightly scary new era.
