With the in-depth study of the skeletal system, the complexity of the interaction between the skeletal system and the immune system has been widely recognized by scholars. The immune system regulates the homeostasis of the bone tissue microenvironment and maintains the dynamic balance of bone remodeling, while osteoblasts regulate the polarization and function of immune cells. Lithium is a commonly used drug recognized for the treatment of psychiatric disorders. In addition, lithium participates in immune regulation and promotes bone tissue regeneration through various pathways.
