Abstract
- Indonesia in the development process includes innovation and technology as a tool to accelerate the achievement of development goals. In practice, innovation and technology are carried out by the government, academia, the business world, and the community. Community Innovation and technology have a relative character to be understood easily because they do not go through a scientific approach. Generally, innovation and technology are based on problems that are directly faced by the community, and solutions are needed with the availability of potential around them. The purpose of the study is to construct the quality of innovation and technology in the community with quantitative measurements and determine the maturity level of innovation and technology in the community. The research location is in Magelang City in the form of documentation of community innovation and technology with secondary data from 2004 to 2019 from the Magelang City Research and Development Agency. The analysis uses quantitative measurement elements consisting of Technology, Market, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Investment, Partnership, and Risk which are constructed as key activities. Each element is limited to a score between one and five and a maximum baseline of six with the final presentation in the form of a radar curve. Maturity measures in the categories Untested, Preparation, started testing, tested 60%, Tested and Completed test. As a result, the measurement model can answer the availability of the quality of innovation and technology produced by the community. Technology, Market, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Investment, Partnership, and Risk can be used as elements in the innovation and technology community. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
