Does Wall Street Finally Need An Ethics Code?

Reports on a proposal to have an ethics code for investment bankers not unlike the physician's Hippocratic Oath. Idea which comes from the book "Restoring Trust in American Business," complied by a group which includes Felix Rohatyn, Marty Lipton and John Reed among others; Reaction from several investment banks which has been positive to the idea; What the code would cover; Some who believe it is nothing more than a public relations ploy.
