Abstract
- The choice of catalyst combinations involved in the chemical industry has a huge impact on the product yield. In order to better investigate the selection of the appropriate catalyst optimization combination in the teaching experiments for the preparation of C4 olefins by catalytic coupling of ethanol, a catalyst combination selection model was developed based on correlation coefficient analysis, gray correlation analysis, stepwise regression idea and generalized global optimization algorithm. The model considered temperature, Co loading rate, hydroxyapatite (HAP), Co / SiO2 and HAP loading ratio. Based on the actual production experimental data, the catalyst combination that maximizes the ethanol conversion and C4 olefin yield under certain conditions was obtained by applying generalized traversal priority search, least squares and optimization model. It was shown that the C4 olefin yields are 46. 78% and 40. 44% for the two loading methods without limiting the upper temperature limit, respectively. At the limiting temperature limit of 350 ℃, the C4 olefin yields were 19. 80% and 5. 77%, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
