The present study investigates the reaction of orthoamides of alkynecarboxylic acids with tautomeric compounds. Various heteroaromatic compounds were synthesized, including pyridine carboxylic acid esters, pyridine carbonitriles, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines, and 4-aza-heptatriene carbonitriles. Some of the synthesized compounds showed antithrombotic effects. The results could be of importance for the development of new pharmaceutical agents. The text describes various chemical reactions in which orthoamides are reacted with different compounds. Detailed information is provided on the yields, melting points, and spectral data of the obtained products.
