This article analyzes urban planning initiatives in Chile and Colombia that incorporate digital tools for participation encouraged by technological advances and the health emergency. The objective is to characterize the experience of planners and evaluate solutions through User Experience methodologies to define design guidelines and create a prototype of a citizen participation platform.
