Repensar la justicia global más allá del capitalismo.

This paper aims to show that global justice discourse, as it has been developed in a liberal frame, is unable to provide a satisfactory response to the global inequality problem. This thesis relies on the subjection of the tradition of political and economic liberalism to the socioeconomic capitalist frame, and on its optimism regarding law discourse, which, instead of strengthening, limits its possibilities to provide adequate structural responses. For this purpose, I have made a conceptual analysis of the contents of written documents; since my approach consists of a theoretical research, I have given priority to documental sources.
