Abstract

As a result of the political and economic events that have occurred in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela from the second period of the previous decade, the largest human mobilization in Latin America in the last 100 years has occurred. For this reason, this study seeks to carry out, through the methodology of documentary-phenomenological hermeneutic analysis, a reflection about the labor insertion of Venezuelan migrant professional women in Peru. The causes of the human movement are explored in a synthetic way, the academic profile of the migrant, conditions and strategies of reception by the official sector, relations with the prevailing labor conditions in the country, salary matrix that welcomes them and the emergence of a process xenophobic due to the labor competition represented by migrant women. Some political, legal and economic measures are proposed that make possible the use of the professional capacities of Venezuelan women for their incorporation into the Peruvian productive process.
