Descolonizar la administración de justicia en el Perú.

The main weapon of liberation is knowledge. Social and institutional changes can be made, but if the knowledge that supports it is not changed, problems will continue to be thought about and understood from the theoretical lenses that make injustice possible. The objective of this work is to reflect from legal philosophy on the dissociation between theory and practice of the administration of justice in Peru. The partial and provisional hypothesis that arises is that for the administration of justice to reach all Peruvians, it is urgent to decolonize the knowledge onof knowledge which it is sustained.
