The article analyzes environmental pedagogy as a set of actions capable of provoking the validity of human rights. Considering plurality as a distinctive human characteristic, it deals with various ways of shaping education. Recognizing in communities the right to manifest culture implies the impediment of the impositions of contemporary capitalist fanaticism.
