The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that children’ s shaoyang constitution affects the evolution of disease. “Shaoyang dominating bone” highly summarizes the pathogenesis of bone disease, and children’ s bone tumor presents typical shaoyang pathogenesis characteristics in many aspects. Therefore, this paper combined the theory of “shaoyang dominating bone” with shaoyang as the pivot, shaoyang meridians circulation, the gallbladder having the nature of stiff, shaoyang’s qi being fire in nature and manifested as yang, corresponding to a high incidence in joints, bone marrow, soft tissue, or a wide range in children’s bone tumor, explained the mechanism of shaoyang effects bone strength, cold or heat syndrome, pathological type and metastasis, and elucidated the guiding significance of shaoyang in the pathogenesis of children bone tumor preliminarily.
