Abstract

Isolated Craniocervical Dystonia Without Initial Neuropsychiatric Manifestations Associated with NMDA-Receptor Antibodies We describe a patient presenting with isolated craniocervical dystonia and serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) NMDAR antibody positivity, without other manifestations of encephalitis at presentation.
