Abstract

The body of the armored vehicles, as a large box-type load-bearing structure, not only has to bear various loads, but also has a certain protection ability. It is a complex load-bearing system. The body is an important carrier in the whole life cycle of the armored vehicle. The structural design of the body and the analysis of the test mode have an important impact on the performance and reliability of the armored vehicle. In order to obtain the dynamic characteristic parameters of an amphibious vehicle body and verify its structural rationality, a new material amphibious vehicle body was taken as the research object, and computational modal and experimental modal analysis respectively were carried out. The reliability of the finite element model was verified by the comparative analysis of the modal parameters of the body and the test modal results. Based on the modal distribution of the body structure of the amphibious vehicle, the rationality of the body structure design was analyzed, which could avoid the occurrence of most low-order modal couplings. At the same time, in order to avoid the resonance generated in the vehicle maneuvering, the matching design of the external excitation sources such as the suspension device is put forward, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the body structure of an amphibious vehicle and the improvement of the dynamic response characteristics of the vehicle.
