Abstract
- The present paper investigates the spectroscopy of plasma resulted from the bombardment of Fe3O4 doped ZnO by using the optical emission spectroscopic technique OES. The plasma can be generated by the reaction between Nd:YAG laser, with a wavelength of 1064 nm and the component by using LIBS laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for analysis and determination of spectral emission lines. Plasma spectrum with varying energy values, Fe3O4 doped ZnO at a percentage (X=0.5) was recorded. This study was conducted to detect the plasma parameters such as density of electron(ne), the electron temperature(Te), the frequency of plasma (fp), Debye number (ND), and Debye length(λD). Finally, ZnO:Fe3O4 plasma parameters were discussed by nanosecond lasers that produced plasma using different laser energy(500-800) mJ. It is found that the electron temperatures were ranged between (1.33–1.46) eV. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
