DEMOCRACIA Y DICTADURA EN LA TRADICIÓN MARXISTA.

This paper shows the notion of democracy present in the Marxist tradition, including the political positions of Marx himself, the parliamentary practices of the German Social Democracy at the end of the century and Leninist politics after the October revolution. It examines the anti-democratic turn of the Leninist strategy, understandable by the harsh conditions of the Soviet revolution that nevertheless deserves the criticism of R. Luxemburg. This turn began the decline of the Soviets and the subsequent subordination of the Trade Unions to the supremacy of the Party. It ends with a call to attention about the new accents that feminism and the struggle of women bring to anti-capitalism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
