归因心理调适对新诊乳腺癌患者 健康相关生活质量的干预效果.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of attribution psychological adjustment on health-related quality of life in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. Methods:A total of 114 newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer in a Tertiary Grade-A hospital in Xi’an city were recruited. They were randomly divided into psychological adjustment group and usual care group, with 57 cases in each group. The psychological adjustment group received usual care and attribution psychological adjustment, while the usual care group only received usual care. Data were collected by Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast（FACT-Bv4. 0) and Attributional Style Questionnaire（ASQ) at baseline, 1 month after intervention, 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention. Results:Totally 107 patients completed the study, including 55 in the psychological adjustment group and 52 in the usual care group. Results of ANOVA for repeated measurement showed that the intervention effect, time effect and interaction effect of FACT-Bv4. 0 and ASQ scores in the two groups were statistically significant（Ps <0. 001). In the psychological adjustment group, the FACT-Bv4. 0 and ASQ scores of 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after intervention were higher than baseline scores（Ps <0. 001).
