PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT MELALUI KEWIRAUSAHAAN SOSIAL DI DESA KUTAMANDIRI KECAMATAN TANJUNGSARI KABUPATEN SUMEDANG.

The focus of this paper is on community economic empowerment through social entrepreneurship, as an effort to follow up on the results of a survey mapping of profiles, problems and potentials of Kutamandiri Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques based on literature studies and field studies. Field studies were carried out through survey mapping of profiles, problems and potentials of Kutamandiri Village, participant observation, design thinking, and organizing community economic empowerment through entrepreneurship with various activities involving the PPM Team, KKN Team, Expert Team (instructors), and the Village Government, BUMDes, Ladies PKK, Karang Taruna and Kutamandiri villagers. Community economic empowerment through social entrepreneurship is carried out with activities that include the socialization of community economic empowerment through social entrepreneurship; coordination, discussion and consultation about superior products; product trials, training on processing of Cilembu sweet potato products and business management, and website socialization / workshop to the village admin (manager of BUMDes). Overall the community economic empowerment activities can be done well, although there are some obstacles. These constraints were overcome by efforts made by the PPM Team and other relevant parties.
