Design and application of coffee pulper machine.

The aim of this research is to design and create a coffee pulper machine that functions to peel coffee cherry beans. The advantage of the coffee pulper machine is that there is a vibrating sieve with an adjustable frequency, by tightening or loosening the (nut) on the fibro motor as a screening between the peeled coffee beans and water mixed during the shell separation process. The design of the coffee pulper machine is based on the needs of farmers or users, which has a large capacity to increase coffee production. The research method used is data collection, coffee pulper machine design using Autodesk Inventor Software, preparation of work preparation, manufacturing process, and work testing. The application of coffee pulper machine can process all raw coffee so that there is no rotting raw coffee and then the quality of the coffee is maintained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
