勃起功能障碍患者疾病感知及影响因素调查分析.

Objective To understand the disease perception level and influencing factors of patients with erectile dysfunction （ED）, and provide reference for adjusting their disease perception level and formulating intervention strategies. Methods Total of 220 ED patients were selected by Convenience sampling method in Taiyuan first class hospitals from December 2021 to June 2022. The general demographic data questionnaire and the simplified version of the disease perception questionnaire were used for cross-section investigation. Results The total score of disease perception in the patients with ED was 41.90 ± 7.33. Univariate analysis demonstrated that marital status, occupational status, family monthly income per capita, treatment cycle, and the number of related underlying diseases were the influencing factors of disease perception in ED patients (P <0.05). Regression analysis showed that the treatment cycle and the number of related underlying diseases were the important influencing factors of disease perception in ED patients (all P < 0.05), which explained 8.6% of the total variation in disease perception. Conclusion Patients with ED have both a moderately high level of disease perception and negative emotional experience. Medical Staff should take personalized intervention measures in clinic to guide the ED patient' s positive emotions, improve sexual arousal and sexual desire disorders, and reduce negative disease perception, and improve the life quality of patients.
