Abstract

The article discusses the concept of cultural capital and its impact on society, particularly in the context of Japanese gardens. The author conducted a mass market study that found people who visit Japanese gardens frequently have more confidence in their professional performance than those who do not. The study examined the relationship between art/culture and job performance using Japanese gardens included in the Shiosai project rankings.
