Abstract

The experiment was to study the effect of adding different levels of compound acidifiers at different storage temperatures on diversity and composition of eel feed microflora. The commercial feed of eel with compound acidifiers of 0, 3.0 and 6.0 g/kg was stored at room temperature (20 ℃ ) and high temperature (40 ℃ ) for 60 d, respectively. The 16S rDNA method was used for high-throughput sequencing analysis of the feed microbial community α diversity and differential bacteria, five replicates were set for each group of feed. The results showed that under normal temperature, the microbial population of eel food with different levels of compound acidifiers α diversity index had no significant difference (P>0.05). Under high temperature, adding 6.0 g/kg compound acidifier to eel food bacteria α diversity and relative abundance of potential probiotics were significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in eel food microflora at phyla level under different temperatures (P>0.05). The study indicates that adding compound acidifier has beneficial regulation on eel food bacteria, and the effect of adding higher level compound acidifier at high temperature is better.
