Abstract

A performance measurement system is needed to determine the achievement of the organization's goals and mission of the organization/program. Performance and Measurement will be processed in management. In general, performance management is a managerial activity that aims to ensure that organizational goals have been achieved as expected, of course, through efficient and effective ways. Performance is a result of work obtained by individuals on the terms of the job. or in other words, performance as a qualitative and quantitative good result that has been achieved by an individual or a subordinate in carrying out his responsibilities towards the leader where he works. Performance management is a process for determining what must be achieved and its approach to managing and human development in a way that can increase the likelihood that targets will be achieved within a certain period of time, both short and long. Performance is work and the fruit of work and service is also something of value in Christian Religious Education.
