Abstract

A case study of 21-yr-old woman is presented with recent diagnosis of pseudotumor cerebri that was admitted to a community hospital with rapidly progressive left hemiplegia and worsening headache. Topics include examines the magnetic resonance imaging revealed demyelinating lesions suspicious for neuromyelitis optica vs. multiple sclerosis (MS).
