Results: A total of 100 patients were included in the study in which 82 samples were positive for bacterial growth and 18 samples did not show growth. Out of 82 strains, E. coli (46) was the most frequently isolated pathogen followed by Klebsiella pneumonia (17), Pseudomonas (10), Proteus (4), Candida (3) and Staphylococci (2).
