堤防工程标准化管理内涵与评价体系框架构建.

In view of various problems faced by China’s levee project management and on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the experience of standardization management in pilot areas, this paper expounded the connotation of levee engineering standardization management. The five-element structure model was composed of five dimensions: project status, safety management, operation management and protection, management guarantee and information construction, and the key factors of dike management were analyzed. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, taking engineering safety as the bottom line and improving capacity as the goal, the standardized management evaluation system of levee engineering was preliminarily built.
