Taxonomic notes on the genus Hexagonia Kirby, 1825 with description of three new species from the Philippines (Coleoptera: Carabidae: Hexagoniini).

Three new species of the genus Hexagonia Kirby, 1825 from the island of Mindanao (Philippines) are described: H. amicitia sp. n., H. panumanod sp. n. and H. nigrocyanea sp.n. The new synonymy H. castanea JedliËka, 1936 = H. sauteri Dupuis, 1912 is established. All the known species from the Philippines are redescribed and illustrated. A key to species is provided.
