- From 2011, Suffolk County Council ("SCC") provided direct payments of between £108-150 per week to both BG and KG. Eligible needs, Care Act 2014, carers, care and support, judicial review, wellbeing principle BG and KG sought a judicial review of the Council's decisions to cease the payments.
