MANAJEMENT CONFLICT DALAM PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS AGAMA, FILSAFAT, PSIKOLOGI DAN SOSIOLOGI.

Leadership Conflict Management in Education-based, religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology is a unity that cannot be separated. Conflict can only be avoided if there is an effort to neutralize (mediate) a leader who can be trusted, authoritative, honest and fair based on the concept of conflict management. The research objectives to be achieved in conducting this research are to describe and analyze what, why, and how cooperative and conflict in leadership complex management in religion-based education, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. This study used a literature review with a literature analysis method. Data collection was carried out through a systematic search of scientific literature through articles, journals and documents that discussed significantly related to this research theme. The results of the study show that conflict management in education is cooperation and disputes in the educational process. Based on religion means guided by the teachings of God who wants goodness. Philosophically based means guided by universal knowledge and the meaning of life that requires reconstruction, which is carried out by means of democracy or consensus. Based on sociology means guided by social science as the complexity of social systems. Psychology-based means guided by the Islamic science of thought and behavior, which is handled through belief, rational methods, integration of belief and rational methods, and authority.
